CPE’s Hygienic Design Vacuum Mixer (CHDV) is designed to address the stringent hygiene requirements of food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, whilst performing a fast and effective mixing cycle.
Key Design Features
- Vacuum rated cylindrical design with torispherical ends
- Option of loading via debagging or a vacuum receiving vessel for direct powder addition
- Direct discharge capability into hoppers below or into conveying system providing plant design flexibility
- Hygienic design allowing free access to both internal body and rotors along with access to the flush fitting sanitary plug valve
- Flush fitting plug valve provide ease of access to product contact areas for in situ cleaning and can be removed for complete sterilisation
- Easy product sampling
